We had a 12-night stay at Sey Beach Hotel & Spa and everything was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was good with private beach access, and the beach was clean and not crowded. The variety of food, especially for vegans, was impressive. Our room was comfortable and cleaned daily. We even received a free honeymoon package. The manager, Eren, went above and beyond, recommending a local restaurant and driving us there in his own car. The hospitality here was amazing.

I loved the variety of facilities at Sey Beach Hotel & Spa. The animations for both kids and adults were fantastic, with a great animator who made it a memorable experience for my daughter. The internet connection was not reliable, making it difficult to work. Although the room was clean and well-appointed, the air conditioning was not very effective, making the temperature a bit uncomfortable.

For the price we paid, the value was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable with a great view. The location was perfect, with a beautiful beach and pool. The staff treated us like family and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The morning meal could be improved with more variety.

We had a fantastic view of the Med Sea from our room on the 6th floor. The staff were friendly and attended to requests instantly. The meals were laid out in buffet style and were very good. The room was big and comfortable with a nice balcony. It was always easy to find parking. The hotel is located in the quieter area of Kestel, which was a nice change from the busy Alanya.

Plus, the air conditioning is a lifesaver during those hot summer days. And the wardrobe is perfect for storing all your clothes and belongings. It really feels like a home away from home!

Honestly, I'm not a big fan of the mini bar in the rooms. But hey, that's just my personal preference.
